Step One
Call me so that we may discuss your childcare needs: 303-444-4881. I'm usually available to take calls between 9am and 9pm everyday.
Step Two
Set up a time to meet. At your convenience, I will come to your home or
office for a personal consultation (if this isn't possible, the consultation can be done over the phone). Generally I meet with families for up to an hour. At the end of our meeting I'll ask you to sign a contract and leave you with a family application. If you prefer, the application may be filled out online by clicking here, and the contract can be faxed to you. A non-refundable $200 registration fee is due at this time. Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
Step Three
Fax or mail me your completed application and contract. I will then begin searching for your nanny.
Step Four
Once I find suitable
candidates, I will provide you with their phone numbers so that you may contact them directly to set up in-home interviews. I will also provide you with copies of each nanny's application and/or resume. While childcare references have already been checked, you are welcome to check them, as well. I will continue to send you candidates until you find your ideal nanny.
Step Five
When you find a nanny that you feel meets your needs, either you or I will offer the nanny the job. If she accepts, a complete background check will be performed for any states the nanny has lived in for the past two years (or longer if the family requests it). Copies of all background checks will be sent to the family. My placement fee is due upon verbal hiring of a nanny. While I often place nannies quickly, occasionally the process can take up to six weeks.
